Refund and Returns Policy

At Toy Kingdom, we work hard to ensure that every customer receives high-quality, safely packed products. We understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit, and we want to make the return process simple, transparent, and fair. To maintain the quality of our service and to protect our customers as well as our business, we follow a strict return policy that ensures genuine claims are handled smoothly.

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. To verify the issue and process your request quickly, a 360° unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package from all sides before opening, the full unsealing process, and the condition of the product immediately upon removal from the box. This helps us confirm the issue and avoid misuse of the return policy.

Customers must send the unedited 360° unboxing video to our official WhatsApp number: 8248640441 within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests sent after 24 hours or without proper video proof will not be eligible for return. The video should be recorded in good lighting and must show the product, outer packaging, labels, and any visible damage or defect.

Once we receive your video, our team will carefully review it and verify the issue. If the claim is approved, we will guide you through the next steps, such as arranging a product pickup, issuing a replacement (subject to stock availability), or processing a refund as per our policy.

Please note that returns are not accepted for products damaged due to customer handling, missing packaging, or reasons other than manufacturing defects or transit damage. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a smooth and trustworthy return process.
